Due Diligence
We help individuals and organizations conduct initial market survey and assessments, as well as help with feasibility studies and site evaluation. VMD Agro also assists in developing the initial investment model for commercial and industrial Aquaponic facilities.
Design
Following due diligence, VMD Agro creates a phased development plan taking into consideration any limitations during the construction period. VMD Agro has experience in complete Aquaponics facility design, including any auxiliary space that needs to be developed for value added processes.
Procurement
VMD Agro has a network of trusted vendors for various construction and operational needs. Wherever possible, VMD Agro prefers to use local materials, but if costs are prohibitive, we have vendors that can provide those materials at substantially lower prices. We primarily deal with manufacturers, ensuring we are getting the lowest price possible.
Construction Supervision
VMD Agro has experience building Aquaponic and Hydroponic farms throughout the world, in Africa, India, and Europe, with projects under way in the USA. Depending on the clients needs, we can offer remote construction supervision, as well as periods of time on the ground during critical points of the construction period.
Training/Initial System Startup
Beyond construction, VMD Agro also provides initial training and supervises the initial system startup. This part is critical as all project timelines are dependent on a successfully trained staff, and implementing production processes swiftly.
